Muse Brigette Cooper
There has been a lot happening behind the scene’s at Three Little Birds over the past couple of weeks and I can finally share some really really really exciting news with you all {yes you might be confused right about now with the name but continue to read on... }
I have decided to change the name of our business and take a slightly different creative direction with the brand. It has been a tough couple of weeks, however I know moving forward that this is the right decision and I can't wait for what is to come : )
So... without any further ado ;) Our new business name is Isla Samsara. Isla Samsara translates directly to ‘Island Wanderer’. From a barefoot, sun drenched heritage it has been created for the lust to wander. The brand embodies a refined bohemian culture influenced by my travels between Bali and Australia.
I first started (Three Little Birds) when I was 22 (I'm now 27!) and I feel as though the brand has grown and moving forward, Isla Samsara is a better representation of my lifestyle and myself.
This shoot was special to me. It symbolised the start of a new chapter and I honestly was (and still am!) lost for words as to how beautiful it turned out. Melody was an absolute gem to work with and our muse Bee, well, the pictures speak for themselves. The past few weeks have been madness, it has been a crazy roller coaster of emotions (lots of tears + long days/sleepless nights) and I didn't know if I was going to be able to finish everything by my deadline. However, when Melody emailed me the final shots last week everything seemed to just come together. Melody shoots on 35mm and it was more beautiful and amazing than I could have ever imagined!
I'd like to thank (again! hehe) Melody for your incredible photography and styling and bringing this shoot for Isla Samsara together, and Bee our stunning muse (I can't wait to work with both of you again!). Thanks to all the incredible labels, my partner, my friends and family who have supported me over the past couple of weeks (you all know who you are).
An afternoon filled with secret pools, mermaiding, shells, glitter, sunshine, more glitter, giant seabirds, the most crystal clear water you ever did see + a whole lotta magic...

The dreamy, creamy part 2 ;) Where Libby floated around this beautiful 1970's blush pink beach shack in soft white crochet and intricate white lace like a total goddess. I am speechless at how amazing these shots turned out, totally in love!!

Tucked away in WA's southwest ... on a quiet street situated perfectly overlooking the ocean ... lies a hidden treasure ... our set for Three Little Birds latest photoshoot ~ Sugar Shack!
Painted blush pink, this dreamy 1970's home is a true vintage boho surf shack. A sensory overload as soon as you walk in filled with texture, patterns and colour. This home is my dream and I am so stoked it was the backdrop to my absolute favourite shoot we have ever done.
I had met the beautiful Bec on Instagram and instantly fell in love with her style and her home. I just knew we had to shoot there and after a quick chat we organised an afternoon full of fun, laughter and creativity. You see, the purpose behind this shoot was a simple one. We wanted a fun afternoon with a couple of local southwest gals to get creative. There was no major purpose or planning, we kind of just went with the flow and OH MY GOD it was magical.
The whole shoot had this laid back chilled vibe filled with white crochet, flowing turquoise fabrics and intricate white lace. Our beautiful model Libby bought our vision to life and it all just worked so perfectly against the backdrop of this 70's shack. You know your onto a good thing when every 5 seconds Bec and myself would be saying "Oh My God that was absolutely beautiful" "Oh My God that is so amazing" ~ I think we said "Oh My God" about a hundred times over throughout the afternoon.
After shooting all arvo we finished the day off with a couple of glasses of wine as one of the most beautiful sunsets this season set over the Indian Ocean. It was truly a magical day and I thank Bec for welcoming us into her beautiful home and for her incredible photography/styling skills and Libby (our stunning model) and can't wait to work with the both of them again.
I hope you all enjoy these magical images as much as we do. Remember, sharing is caring and we love when you all share our images, just remember to credit :)

Three Little Birds ~ WARM TONES
Photography & Styling | Jessica Brumpton
Muse | Ruby Osland
A collection of photographs that will warm your soul. Shot on location in the beautiful country town we so luckily get to call home ~ Margaret River.
It was such a wonderful afternoon spent in the sunshine with Ruby. We pulled up along a stretch of road that overlooked the most beautiful valley. Ruby frolicked around in luxe lace, vintage denim + an amazing 70's vintage leather jacket my mum passed down to my sister and I (sorry guys it's not for sale!).
We listened to Meg Mac on repeat because my iTunes was stuck on one song and I accidentally got electrocuted by an electric fence whilst holding it open for Ruby to climb through (that I obviously didn't think was ever going to be electric!) ha ha ha but it's all in the fun of it right?
I hope you love these images as much as I do gypsies ☼

Photography & Styling || Jessica Brumpton
Model || Katinka Fagerhaug
Margaret River. A small coastal surf town in the southwest of Western Australia. A place renowned for its world class waves and exceptionally good wine. A place we so are so so lucky to call home. The location of our latest campaign shoot TURQUOISE DREAMS.
The sun was shining, the wind offshore, the waves pumping and the water as blue as ever. It really was the most perfect morning. Autumn here in the southwest is the best time of year. The weather is balmy, the waves pump and the winds blow offshore nearly every day for most of the day.
It was an absolute pleasure to shoot this Norwegian beauty. Katinka floated around in classic turquoise stripes, soft crochet pieces and sexy but classy swimwear while the calmest of waters lapped at her feet. Her effortless natural beauty shines through all of the photo's so I'm super excited to finally release this shoot.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we did :)
